Biography

On my 20 scan my baby girl was diagnosed with a heart condition of which we were unsure of the severity. We were given lots of options and the only option was to continue with the pregnancy and give our baby every chance.
8 weeks later I got pre-eclampsia and at 28 weeks 6 days Maddie-Rose was born in Bristol (not our local hospital).

Maddie-Rose spent the first 6 months in hospital but she has done amazingly. She had 1 heart surgery and has another due very soon. She started walking Christmas 2022 and has now started to say a couple of words.

Our baby girl has had to go through so very much but she's still a strong and independent little girl.
