Jack was born full term he has deformaties to his feet (ankle and heel bones fused together and an extra little toe. he had severe feeding problems due to poor co ordination causing constant chest infections Jack was fed by NG tube for 18 months until he had a gastrostomy operation and continues feeding via tube, Jack developed epilepsy at 8 weeks old.

Jack has had several operations in his life for different issues we have come up against, he is due to have spinal surgery in April this year for his Scoliosis.

Though all lifes ups and downs Jack is a happy little chappy with a wicked smile and giggle he has certainly taught me not to take life for granted
