Biography

James was born 4 weeks early due to a placental abruption so had a routine Mri at 6 weeks old where they discovered his brain was smooth (lissencephaly) at the time we didn't know what the future held so just carried on adjusting to our new baby.

in October of 2005 James began to have seizures (infantile spasms) and this was when we were told a little of what our future held !! James is now 10 years old and despite not being able to walk or talk he is able to sit and laugh and smile which is more than we ever imagined he battles epilepsy daily and despite the roller coaster life we have ridden we wouldn't change it for the world x
