Biography

Lucy was born full term but was ventilated at birth because of meconium aspiration, she was ventilated again at 6 months with silent aspiration and again at 9 months when she had open heart surgery, she spent pretty much her first whole year in hospital, she has overcome so many obstacles in her short life so far, every time she goes to the doctor it's like what's next!!

She has recently started nursery and loves it, although this means more bugs and more hospital stays as she can't fight off infections very well, despite everything she's a happy little girl and loves peppa pig like any other kid her age does, she has recently started walking which is huge as we never thought she would, our little miracle continues to prove the doctors wrong. She has also just been approved for her make a wish.
