Biography

Alex spent the first nine months of his life in hospital in London. We lived in East Sussex so this was very difficult. He eventually came home on a ventilator with a tracheostomy and at 10 months he started having seizures. After 2 1/2 years he was decanualted, the seizures however still continue.
Alex is non-verbal, he is fed through a gastrostomy tube and is a full-time wheelchair user.
Alex is a very happy little boy. He loves meeting up with his friends at school and loves music particularly bells and woodwind instruments.
