Biography

Mabel was born with a heart murmur which was later diagnosed as supravalvular aortic stenosis and pulmonary stenosis. Because of this type of condition she was tested for Williams Syndrome and it was confirmed in January 2011 that she did have this. She had life saving heart surgery at just 5 months old and then developed hypercalcaemia which left her with kidney damage. Mabel has significant global delay both physically and mentally and is fed via her gastrostomy. Mabel is a happy and friendly little girl who brings joy to all she meets.
