Biography

Stefan was born via emergency caesarean owing to placental abruption. He was 4 weeks early and was in SCBU at Warrington Hospital for 4 weeks before he was allowed to go home.
He had various procedures such as brain scans at this time and had internal swelling and irritations due to swallowing lots of blood at the birth.
He has had various ear infections from birth which ended up damaging his ear drums and is now profoundly deaf. We are waiting to find out if he needs a typatic hearing procedure.
He was also recently diagnosed with high functioning autism after I pushed for investigations, as I knew as a mum that something wasn't right. He has suffered several set backs in life but let's nothing bother him. He had bullying and teasing within his school which he's had to endure for a long time. But now, between Stefan and his lovely school teacher, they have helped Stefan become stronger and more resilient which has helped stamp out the bullies.
Stefan will always need encouragement and help. He is a lovely kid, a fan of Liverpool FC and plays for a local sn team. He is always on the go and just brightens our life. xxx
