Graces quilt arrived today and it's gorgeous absolutely stunning. Grace loves every bit of it and Fredo the cat had a good look as well Thank you to everybody that has helped to make this possible such skill and kindness. Grace is very camera shy nearly 13 she hasn't been out for ages due to her levels of pain but she asked me to post this cheeky snap

Biography

Grace has always been a happy energetic child always on the go. She loved school and excelled in all her subjects. We were always visiting museums and libraries and never stopped. Grace has always loved art and designing cards and shoes for friends and family.

About two and a half years ago Grace started with joint pains and was diagnosed with joint hypermobility syndrome and had regular physio whilst at school. Then one day she was hot and her back hurt and I took her to hospital and that's when a long line of tests took place until she was eventually diagnosed with CFS/ME.

Grace initially reduced her schooling and then became home schooled for flexibility around her illness. Like every child the lockdown has been difficult. I know that this quilt will cheer Grace up immensely. Grace also loves her ginger cat Fredo!
