Biography

Riley was diagnosed with autism at the age of 3. He started showing signs at the age of 2 with delayed speech, behaviour problems and interaction with people/children.

He went through the long road of finding a placement at the right school and finding people to accept him for him! Riley finds it really hard to interact with people but once we found the right school he came on in leaps and bounds and started to shine! He has now moved to a new upper school and it was so hard for him again to find his feet and accept and trust new teachers and peers. So after a long hard year I can finally say he has now settled in and is blossoming and showing everyone what he is capable of if given time. Riley is such a caring and polite boy but he does find the world scary and difficult at times but he soldiers on and shows everyone he can do whatever is thrown his way!
