Biography

Paige contracted meningitis at the age of 8 weeks, although she recovered from this it left her with severe epilepsy that is not controlled. She has 15-20 fits a day. She also is disabled and needs 24/7 care. She has had several operations on her hips, and is often in and out of hospital. Paige does receive 14 nights a year at the children's hospice in Bristol where we all can stay and have a rest. She has a life limited condition so every day is special as we don't know how long she will be with us.
