Can I just say a massive thank you to each and every person who helped make this amazing quilt for my boy Nathan he's absolutely over the moon with it his wee face when he opened it just lit up dinosaurs transformers and all his fave cars specially the mini like his dad's and the jag like his grampas honestly it's absolutely made his day and he will treasure its forever this was him on his way to his granny's house to show it off honestly thank you all so much for all the amazing hard work and love yous put into every part of it you are all amazing

Biography

Nathan is my little hero born at 38wks at a whopping 9lb 14oz. From around 13 weeks pregnant we knew there was something going on but it wasn't until after being in hospital at least once a week from 6 months after birth a doctor noticed certain characteristics he held. This pointed to a rare genetic disorder and finally at 8 months old we found out he was missing part of his 16th chromosome.

Nathan spent much of his life in and out of hospital with his epilepsy and asthma infections which caused him to be on oxygen more times than I can count, an issue with his blood which to this day no one could explain, different procedures, MRIs, blood draws, tonsils and adenoids removed to name a few.

Despite all the hard times he's had to face he's always done it with a smile. He loves everyone he meets and is just the bravest person I know, you'll never meet a happier kiddo.
