Biography

As a baby Bailey didn't start crawling until she was 18 months and walking when she was 2 and half. She started Terrific for 3s at the time and was eventually excluded for hurting other children.

She started her school when she was 5 and she's been excluded several times due to hurting other children. I kept asking for help and finally when she was 7 she was diagnosed with ADHD at her first appointment. We fought again for 2 years to get her a EHCP which we finally got last September.

She spent 12 weeks at a pupil referral unit as her mainstream school couldn't handle her. She then went back to her mainstream school which she is still at but on a modified timetable. She has a 1:1 at all times now. She still has outbursts and panic attacks as she can't regulate her emotions properly so it's still a struggle for her.
