Child Interests

Theo's favourite interest is Disney Cars - Lightning McQueen, Mater, Radiator Springs, basically all the Characters from the 3 films. Theo hasn't expressed his favourite colour but I would say probably Red like Lightning McQueen.

Biography

Theo is 2.5yrs old. When he was born he looked to the right side only. If we encouraged him to look to the left he would twitch his left arm. At his 6 week check we were sent to hospital as the doctor believed he was having seizures. Theo then underwent lots of testing but thankfully he was cleared of a lot of things and the doctors believed he had a trapped nerve in his neck.

At 8 weeks old we started physiotherapy. Over the last 2 years he has been assisted in moving his neck, rolling over, sitting, walking and still attends physio today. Theo wears a protective helmet to protect his head due to the amount of falls he has daily due to the weakness on his left side. He has had 3 serious bumps to his head within the last year while he has been walking.

Theo displays behavioural oddities and facial tics and sounds which is being watched by his consultant. Theo speaks minimal words and echoes his favourite things. Theo is also currently under a dietician as he has gone from eating everything to eat very very little.
