Thank you

I would love to say the biggest thank you ever to all the fantastic people at LoveQuiltsUK, who make gorgeous quilts for sick children, for Lennon's space theme quilt which we have just received! Each square has come from round the world including USA and Australia. I can't wait to show Lennon when he comes home from school, he will be over the moon. It's certainly brought a tear to my eye.

Biography

My amazing little boy Lennon was born a typically gorgeous newborn baby with no outward reason to suspect there was anything the matter and the first 2 weeks flew by. Life seemed perfect.

The phonecall to change our life came out the blue and will remain with me forever. It felt like the end of the world. However despite a hard few weeks(Lennon was also diagnosed with bronchiolitis the same day) things began to become clearer and we tried to remain as positive as possible. It was and is our only way to cope with the thought of what Lennon's future may hold.

He has had a fair few setbacks with his health so far including a spell of pseudomonas and has had to recieve treatment in hospital as well as all his daily treatments but he is an inspirational, fantastically happy little boy who I believe will not let his Cystic Fibrosis stand in the way of life.
