Thank you

Wow, thank you all so much for Cammy's quilt. It's absolutely beautiful and I'm so emotional looking at all the work that has gone into it. I love it and Cammy was intrigued by it too, touching the patches and having a good look. Thanks to everyone who was involved.

Biography

Cameron was born by emergency Caesarian due to a drop in his heart rate. He spend 24hrs in the neo natal department but was soon well enough to be back up on the ward. He had what was described as abnormal movements so an ultra sound was done and came back clear.

3 months later we woke in the night to Cameron having a seizure. He was rushed to A&E and we were told it was more likely a febral seizure.

Unfortunately this wasn't the case, 4 weeks later he had another and has been seizing ever since. He was diagnosed with a clinical history of Dravet syndrome at 13 months.

He had numerous hospital admissions and has been in intensive care 3 times due to status epileptus.

He can not walk and can not talk yet but we are really hopeful he will start saying a few words soon because he is babbling loads.

Cameron was also diagnosed with autism in April 2015
