Biography

Harlie was born unexpectedly, sadly with many complications surrounding his birth resulting in his diagnosis. Harlie spent the first week on brain cooling, on life support, he fought every minute of every hour. At 4 days old Harlie had tests which revealed just how poorly he was and to what extent of damage he had. At this point it was said he would not pull through and was so very poorly he wouldn't survive without the help of his life support machine.
The decision was made for Harlie to come off life support and prepared me for the worse.

Harlie survived and amazed everyone, however he was then sent to local hospice for end of life care ... 3 weeks later we went home.

Harlie is tube fed and awaiting operation for peg. He is often in hospital due to being prone to chest infections ... as you can see Harlie is a fighter and he has the biggest smile!
