Just got back from visiting Theo S in Sheffield Children's Hospital and he is doing ok, he loves his Quilt, will post a photo in a mo, for a kid so poorly he is amazing, the smile says it all, his Mum, Denise, is so touched by the kindness shown by you wonderful people and asked that I thank you from the bottom of her heart x x x
We were sad to hear that Theo passed away in June 2018 :(
Theo was born at 26 weeks and suffered 3 brain bleeds within the first three days of life. He fought and fought defying all predictions. Theo was diagnosed with quadriplegic cerebral palsy, he is registered blind, he has epilepsy and has always had feeding problems.
Theo has had 22 operations in his short life so far and was fed via tpn until he contracted bacterial menengitis. Theo is now fed into his bowel.
Despite all this Theo never fails to give a smile and giggle. Theo's story and photos of him are available on the Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice website (follow links to family stories) He is such a beautiful inspirational child!!!
