Biography

Eli is 7 years old, he's such a happy boy and takes everything in his stride. Eli has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy which is a progressive muscle disease causing weakness in all muscles. Eli has always been a very active boy but now he has started slowing down and nearly lost his ability to walk, he uses a Kaye walker and wheelchair currently.
Eli also wears hearing aids for his hearing loss. Eli is also developmentally delayed and was completely non-verbal until 2 years ago. He has come on so much in the last couple of years and we are so proud of his progress.
