Biography

When Kerr was 3, we noticed him struggling to climb stairs and get up from the floor. We spoke to the Health visitor who referred him to a physio, then on to paediatrics who did various tests resulting in a diagnosis of Duchenne. Since then, Kerr has taken his diagnosis in his stride and is a happy and socially active young man.


He is part of a clinical trial involving weekly infusions, and has to deal with various different hospital appointments, but despite this, he is as cool as a cucumber and loves life!
