Biography

Jordon is severely disabled, with learning difficulties, four limb cerebral palsy and visual impairment. He has poor pharyngeal tone and is fed via a PEG feed. This has caused problems to his upper airway and he is at risk of aspiration. Since 2015 Jordon has had a number of chest infections and has been admitted to hospital, including a long stay in intensive care in 2017. Jordon requires regular suction, nebuliser and oxygen therapy. He has also had several operations, such as gastrostomy insertion, tongue reduction and a right hip operation.

Jordon is confined to a wheelchair and requires assistance. He enjoys laughing and is a happy child.
