BiographyDuring pregnancy everything went smoothly. Noah chose to arrive 4 weeks early, too excited to meet his mama and mummy.
We first noticed signs that Noah had autism when he was 6 months old. He used to do your typical baby babbling then one day stopped. He then used to squeal at the top of his lungs and flap has arms and legs really quickly. He got his diagnosis on the 6th Dec 2023. It was a same day diagnosis because all the signs were there. Signs were he was non-verbal, no eye contact, he didn't understand his own name, he hated others in his personal space and was a very high sensory seeker. He also struggled with his emotions.
Noah struggles day to day for example he uses a medical buggy as he is a danger to himself while out and will run. Since starting nursery Noah has thrived, he can now say individual words and copes better during meltdowns. He will be starting a special needs school in August
