Biography

Sophie was born 6 weeks early. Everything seemed ok for the first 6 months. I then noticed she wasn't doing what a normal 6 month old should be doing. It took me 10 months to get a diagnosis with Sophie. We were told she has servere constipation and the others just followed.
Sophie has been in and out of hospital with her condition and also with her servere constipation and psoriasis. Sophie has had 3 operations to help with her legs and muscles and still more to come. Sophie's legs and feet are always cold like ice especailly in the very cold months. Everyday can be a struggle with Sophie.
Sophie takes each day in her stride. She knows she's different to others but finds it hard to understand she can't do everything other children can do.
