Thank you so much for Charlotte's beautiful quilt. She absolutely loves it. It will be so looked after and kept forever.

We really appreciate all the hard work that has gone into making the quilt.

It will be taken with Charlotte every time she stays in hospital for treatment.

Biography

Charlotte was born on her due date. We knew there was a chance of her having cystic fibrosis because her older brother has cystic fibrosis. Charlotte is a very happy little girl who doesn't let her condition stop her from doing anything. Since being a baby she has had to take medication morning and night and every time she eats.

Charlotte has IV antibiotics every three months to help keep her chest healthy. Her daily routine involves physio twice a day and taking medication. Charlotte has a bronchoscopy every 12 months to clear out her lungs and to check for infections. Charlotte quite often has a wet cough which sometimes puts her into hospital.
