Child Interests

J loves vehicles and spinning things.
He likes bold, bright and eye catching colours.

He is getting into cartoons and especially loves Bluey and Peppa Pig.

Biography

J was born with a severe oral aversion to food/liquid. This meant he had intervention from 3 weeks old from professionals. By 4 months old it was apparent that J was displaying autistic traits as he had extreme sensitivities to touch, sounds, people and lights. J has always been developmentally behind and was diagnosed with GDD at 9 months old. J continued to see multiple professionals and, by the time he was 2, everyone was in agreement that he is profoundly autistic.

J displays multiple traits of ADHD but cannot be tested until he’s older. Ja is non-verbal but loves making noise to music. He is always jumping and he is the fastest runner I’ve ever seen.
