Biography

Jaiden was born at home on the 22/08/2010 he was fine for the first few days. At 7 days he was admitted to hospital with severe diarroheoa the hospital told us he has a milk intolerance. He has his heel prick test and at three weeks old was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis he immediately started on lots of medication and two nebulisers a day plus physiotherapy twice a day when well for 20 minutes each time. At four months old he became very ill and we had a months stay in hospital where he was on oxygen we have to go to clinic every month he takes over 30 tablets just to eat each day, at the moment he's back on three nebs a day but at one time it went up to six a day. Cystic Fibrosis affects lots of organs but mainly the lungs as of yet there is no cure.
